HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Bright Eyes Contacts ships internationally with DHL and offers two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: FREE delivery via standard international post to all countries when you spend over $50. All orders under $50 will incur a shipping fee of $3.99.
Tracked Shipping: For orders over $50, you can nominate tracked shipping, for a cost of $5.99, which also includes insurance for your package (up to the value of $50). All orders under $50 will also incur a shipping fee of $8.99 for tracked shipping.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The length of delivery time will differ depending on your location and custom laws. After a parcel has been dispatched, the AVERAGE delivery time is:
All lenses available on our online store can take up to 2 business days to be dispatched. Dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email as proof the consignment was sent. If you selected tracked shipping, you may need to wait a few days before tracking your order as all data must be uploaded by the postal system.
Delivery times are approximate and not exact. Any delay does not constitute the rescission of the contract between Bright Eyes Contacts and the Purchaser. If insufficient data is given by the Purchaser to process the order, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery.
Please note that delivery time is approximate. We do not guarantee delivery times. Bright Eyes Contacts takes no responsibility for delays caused by the quality of the postal service in each country.
IMPORT DUTIES, SALES TAXES OR VALUE ADDED TAXES
Some countries may charge import and/or sales taxes on contact lenses when the lenses arrive at Customs in the destination country. Bright Eyes Contacts does not have any control over this and it is Purchaser’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes as required at the time of delivery in his/her country.
Once the item has been sent and the Purchaser has received a confirmation email, the Purchaser agrees to take over full responsibility for delivery. Purchasers agree to track their own orders where they have paid for Tracked Shipping.
DO YOU SELL PRESCIPTION LENSES?
At the current time Bright Eyes Contacts only sell cosmetic colored contact lenses. Prescription lenses are coming soon.

- 3 month lenses are $39.99

HOW LONG CAN I WEAR BRIGHT EYES CONTACTS LENSES?
Bright Eyes Contacts has three types of lenses available.
1 month lenses can be worn for one month, daily, from the time the blister is opened. It is recommended that they are disposed of after the one month period.
3 month lenses can be worn for three months, daily, from the time the blister is opened. It is recommended that they are disposed of after the one month period.
6 month lenses can be worn for six months, daily, from the time the blister is opened. It is recommended that they are disposed of after the one month period.
CAN I SLEEP WITH BRIGHT EYES CONTACTS LENSES?
No, it is not advisable to sleep with any kind of contact lenses. It is important to remove your Bright Eyes Contacts lenses before sleeping and store them in their lens case filled with solution.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I AM EXPERIENCING DISCOMFORT WHEN WEARING THE LENSES?
Your eyes may be dry, and we would suggest using some eye drops or removing our lenses for a short amount of time to give your eyes a break. Alternatively your lenses may be inside-out, if this is the case simply flip them inside-out and give them a wash with contact lens solution before reapplying them. Also, ensure you have rinsed your lenses well with contact lens solution prior to wearing them, as any dust on the lenses can cause irritation against your eye.
