HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Bright Eyes Contacts ships internationally with DHL and offers three shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: FREE delivery via standard international post to all countries when you spend over $30. All orders under $30 will incur a shipping fee of $9.99.

Tracked Shipping: You can nominate tracked shipping for a total of $14.99, or a $5 add-on for purchases over $30, which also includes insurance for your package.  

Express Shipping: You can nominate express shipping for a total of $29.99, and you will receive your goods within 2-3 business days.

 


 

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The length of delivery time will differ depending on your location and customs laws. After a parcel has been dispatched, the AVERAGE delivery time for Express Shipping is:

All prescription colors have a 30-day turnaround, from the date of purchase.  


 

DISPATCH TIMES

All lenses available on our online store can take up to 2 business days to be dispatched. Dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email as proof the consignment was sent. If you selected tracked shipping, you may need to wait a few days before tracking your order as all data must be uploaded by the postal system.

Delivery times are approximate and not exact. Any delay does not constitute the rescission of the contract between Bright Eyes Contacts and the Purchaser. If insufficient data is given by the Purchaser to process the order, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery.

Please note that delivery time is approximate. We do not guarantee delivery times. Bright Eyes Contacts takes no responsibility for delays caused by the quality of the postal service in each country.

 


 

IMPORT DUTIES, SALES TAXES OR VALUE ADDED TAXES

Some countries may charge import and/or sales taxes on contact lenses when the lenses arrive at Customs in the destination country. Bright Eyes Contacts does not have any control over this and it is Purchaser’s responsibility to pay any applicable taxes as required at the time of delivery in his/her country.

 


 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Once the item has been sent and the Purchaser has received a confirmation email, the Purchaser agrees to take over full responsibility for delivery. Purchasers agree to track their own orders where they have paid for Tracked Shipping. Check our Shipping & Tracking Section for details.
